• Invoice Processing - All checks should be made payable to:  veriFYI.   Also, please note that the remit to address has changed and should be: 101 E. Park Blvd, Suite 600, Plano, Texas 75074   For proper credit, it is imperative that you indicate your invoice number on any remittance.  Please do not send payments to our main address as this will slow down your payment processing.  Thank you! 
  
  

• Batch Uploads - Please contact Vicki Fuentes at vfuentes@volunteernorthtexas.org for instructions.  The format will be Comma Separated Value (CSV). 
  
  

• Training Available Online- The updated Training Manual is available online.  Please go to the Training section of this website to download the Training Manual and Test Questions.  Please contact verifyi@volunteernorthtexas.org if you have any questions.   
  
  

• Background Verification Release Forms  -  The Background Verification Release form must be used and should replace all old forms and are valid for three years.  If you have any questions, please contact us at verifyi@volunteernorthtexas.org.  
  
  

• Names Are Processed Through TX DPS Daily At 4:30 p.m. - Any names received after 4:30 p.m. will be processed on the next business day.  If you do not receive email notification within 48 hours after your submission, please contact Vicki Fuentes to confirm your email address. Vicki may be reached by calling (214) 818-9839.
  
  

• Motor Vehicle Checks  -  The price to check a Texas driver's license is $12.50 per name.  The price to check all other state driver's licenses is $16.50 per name. Please email Vicki Fuentes at vfuentes@volunteernorthtexas.org for detailed instructions.
