Motor Vehicle Reports: As an added service, Motor Vehicle Reports are available through VERIFYI. 

Background Verification Release Forms: Background Verification Release Forms are required. Using the VERIFYI background verification release form is mandatory. The signature form is valid for a full three years. 

Processing of Names: Names are processed daily during standard business hours (weekends and holidays are processed the next business day). If you do not receive an email notification within two business days after your submission, contact VERIFYI to confirm your email address.

Batch Uploads: Please contact VERIFYI at verifyi@volunteernorthtexas.org for instructions. 

Training Available Online: Go to the Training section to download the Training Manual (add hyperlink to training page) and Test Questions. Contact verifyi@volunteernorthtexas.org if you have any questions.   

Invoice Processing: All checks should be made payable to VERIFYI.  Also, please note that the remit to address has changed and should be: 101 E. Park Blvd, Suite 600, Plano, Texas 75074. For proper credit you must indicate your invoice number on any remittance. Please do not send payments to our main address as this will delay your payment processing.
